My Inspection Prices are fair and competitive. Your inspection fee includes

  • Minimum of 2-3 Hours on site to provide a thorough examination of the property. Inspections on larger or commercial properties may take longer, it's important to keep this in mind. Some Clients arrive at the end of the inspection, it's really up to you!
  • A very detailed inspection report with digital pictures and annotations as well as diagrams included in your report. I take my time during the inspection and to prepare your report. I take pride in what I do and do not rush!
  • I encourage my clients to call me if they have any questions, I'm there for my clients on follow up questions as well
  • The insight of a veteran inspector and contractor who is not an alarmist!! It's not my job to scare you, but to educate you and inform you of your purchase.

Just so you know before you call, you are going to be able to find someone cheaper than me, I can even provide some names and phone numbers of inspectors for you. No problem or hurt feelings!
